What we promise
We publish what we believe to be accurate at the time of writing, and we mark anything unconfirmed as unconfirmed rather than guessing.
Booking deadlines on this site are our own read of when things sell out. They are advice, not a guarantee.
Tickets and bookings
We do not sell event tickets on this site. Buying a ticket takes you to eTicket Africa or to the promoter's own site, and your contract for that ticket is with them. Refunds, entry and event changes are theirs to handle.
Hotel bookings are made on the booking provider's own site under their terms. We are not a party to your booking.
The one thing sold here is the downloadable guide. It is a digital file delivered immediately, so it is not returnable once downloaded. If something is wrong with it, email us and we will sort it out.
